Q256.  Large iron tsuba with soft metal inlay.  7.2 x 7.7 x .45 cm on the plate (thicker at the raised carving).  The nakago hitsu-ana is .7 x 2.6.  The man with the long ken has been left proud when the plate was carved down around him (no mean trick).  His head and face are inlaid shakudo and the ken is shakudo and silver.  There’s a bit of gold here and there also.  Nice tsuba.  $195.
