M248.  1st class Iron sukashi tsuba.  8.4 x 8.4 x .3 cm (thin plate).  The nakago hitsu-ana is .9 x 2.8 cm.  There is an excellent, soft and deep patina on the plate and the shakudo plugs in the ryo-hitsu is a nice touch also.  A lot to appreciate here.  $475.
