C250.  Owari sukashi tsuba.  8 x 8 x .42 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is.7 x 2.5 cm.  This tsuba comes in a fitted box with pillow and Mr. Sasano’s hako-gaki, in which he gives it to Owari, Edo Zenki (1st period).  Excellent iron, wonderful condition with a soft patina, lots to love.  Was $1,200; now $950.
