T494.  Kanayama sukashi tsuba.  6.7 x 6.9 x .45 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .7 x 2.9 cm.  I see drawer handles in the ryo hitsu and clock gears (Christian?) top and bottom: a pleasing composition whatever it is.  There are subtle tekkotsu on the rim.

This tsuba comes in a custom fit box with pillow and a cloth cover with ivory clasp.  All is in excellent condition.  $495.
