R116.  Nara School fuchi kashira, great heron in flight.  Brass or sentoku with copper, gold, & silver inlay.  The inside dimensions of the fuchi are 1.7 x 3.3 x 1.1cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.6 cm. Very nicely carved and in excellent condition.  Was $170, now $100.
