Q761. Tsuba. 8 x 8.6 x .42 cm. The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.5 cm.  Horses, 5 on the front and 3 on the back, frolic beneath a pine with mountains and a partly cloudy sky in the distance: a very idyllic scene. There are ample tekkotsu on the rim and the patina is soft and deep (the color in my pictures is off; it is actually a purer black). Nice one. $295.
