Q278.  Fuchi kashira of shakudo and copper.  The inside dimensions of the fuchi are 1.85 x 3.4 x 1.1 cm deep.  Shakudo and copper is a somewhat uncommon pairing of materials on kodogu; the artist of this set, which is signed Mitsuhiro Saku, pulled it off nicely.  The closer I look the more amazing detail I’m able to see.  In a box, in excellent condition, and a bargain at only $150.
