Q205.  Fuchi kashira, shakudo nanako and gold.  The inside dimensions of the fuchi are 1.9 x 3.4 x 1 cm tall.  A  Samurai on horseback rides through water towards shore on the fuchi; 2 Samurai sit together on the kashira: some piece of Japanese folklore, no doubt.  The signature is Hikone Ju Soten Sei,  This is very elaborate work quite well done (incredibly tiny nanako) and in pristine condition: a lot to like.  There are shitodome in the kashira.  $250.
