Q138.  With a Hozon paper from the NBTHK dated 1984, an iron sukashi tsuba signed Choshu Ju Masasada.  6.9 x 7.1 x .45 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .7 x 2.9 cm.  This is quite nice.  The carving is detailed and crisp, the design is pleasant on the eye, and the steel has the slight blue tinge of good quality Choshu work.  You should be pleased.  $375.
