H388.  Iron sukashi tsuba with gold or brass inlay.  8 x 8.1 x .35 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is.9 x 2.8 cm.  Skip Holbrook’s tag reads, “Ko Shoami, Ebi, Momoyama period”.  Ebi is shrimp in Japanese; this is a big one.  Mint condition.  $495.
