C276.  Iron tsuba with dragon.  8.1 x 8.8 x .5 cm on the raised rim.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .75 x 2.6 cm.  The consignor of this tsuba thinks Mito is a possible origin.  Kawari gata (odd shape) and a beautifully raised rim; the dragon passing in and out of the plate is nice also.  Subtle tekkotsu on the rim; excellent condition.  $325.
