C246.  Iron sukashi tsuba with the Musashino theme.  6.8 x 6.9 x .55 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is.6 x 2.3 cm.  This alludes to a famous battle on Musashi Plain: bent grasses and a single abumi (stirrup) from a fallen warrior.  Excellent condition; the plugged ryo-hitsu is a nice touch.  $275.
