C219.  Iron sukashi tsuba with gourds forming a Manji (ancient Buddhist symbol).  6.9 x 6.9 x .4 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.9 cm.  The gourd (hyotan) is a symbol of good luck and in this case, good tsuba.  There are very subtle tekkotsu on the rim and a copper pillow inside the kotsuka hitsu-ana.  Comes with a box; condition is excellent.  $350.
