B956.  Hie Jinja no Token.  1980.  Clothbound, the slipcase is missing, 8 1/2 x 12″, maybe 200 pages in Japanese.  It was (and probably still is) the custom in Japan to donate great works of art to Shrines; often those works were swords.  Incredible pieces are shown in crisp photos and oshigata.  This is a very beautiful book and only the 3rd copy ever for my site. A list of swords included in English is taped inside the front cover; a former owner’s stamp is there also. Condition is like new.  2 pounds, 9 ounces.  Now $55.
