B349.  An Oshigata Book of Modern Japanese Swordsmiths: 1868 – 1945 by John Scott Slough.  2001.  Clothbound, 8 ¾ x 11 ¼”, 272 pages in English.  This is a great reference for collectors of Gendai, blades made traditionally between The Meiji Restoration and the end of WWII.  About 170 smiths are represented with oshigata and lots of information. This book has become devilishly difficult to find; copies rarely come available.
