B724.  Shumi no Menuki by Sato Kanzan.  1969.  Clothbound with slipcase (no plastic jacket on this copy), 7 ¼ x 10 ½”, 306 pages in Japanese.  After a section of koshirae and kodogu the book moves to crisp black & white photos of 232 pair of fine menuki.  Also included are close-ups of signatures.  This is a very useful reference.

The binding is a bit loose (see my last picture).  There are no loose pages but priced as a good reading copy  .3 pounds, 4 ounces.  $60.
