B672.  Toso Kodogu Meiji Talkei by Wakayama.  1979.  Hardbound in 3 volumes with tissue wraps and slipcases, 7 1/2 x 10 1/2″, 1,087 pages total in Japanese.  Also included will be a digital copy of an index to the books in English; remind me to send it.  When a shinsa team wants to evaluate a signature on a piece of kodogu, this is the book they turn to.  No glossy pictures, no long text, no charts or diagrams, just page after page of crisp, clear photos authentic signatures.  Volume I is Edo Kinko, Volume II is Kyoto Kinko, the Goto family, Ichijyo, and Natsuo, Volume III is other provinces (most everyone else).  This is an invaluable reference that I’m about to put a value on.
