T470.  Iron tsuba with nunome.  8 x 8.5 x .45 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.8 cm.  A snow capped volcano rises from the ocean with waves crashing around; what looks like a cloud of gas erupts from the volcano’s side (glad I’m safe at home).  This puts me in mind of Jakushi work but there is no signature.  Condition is excellent.  $275.
