T342. Namban iron with silver inlay tsuba. 6.7 x 6.9 x .9 cm at the rim (the plate is .5 cm). The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.8 cm. This is an unusually thick and heavy for the size tsuba. 2 dragons meet on one side and the jewel and other ornaments are on the other. The exceptionally thick rim has protected the silver nunome; almost 100% intact. $275.
