T262.  Iron sukashi tsuba with a message.  7.7 x 7.8 x .42 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.7 cm.  I’ve asked on The Message Board if anyone can read this; if I get an answer I’ll post it here.  I think this is some sort of religious message, probably Buddhist.  Condition is very good with subtle tekkotsu all over.  $425.
