T217.  Early Edo period iron skashi tsuba.  8.4 x 8.4 x .4 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is.9 x 2.9 cm.  The long time collector who owned this tsuba before me placed it in Ko-Shoami and I agree.  Excellent plate with tekkotsu on the rim and in wonderful condition: this is nice.  $350.
