T156.  Iron Sukashi Tsuba.  7.9 x 7.9 x .4 cm.  I think the design is sedge hats.  I’ve included a picture of a tracing of a page from the Yagyu Design Book, where this design is included.  I wouldn’t call this tsuba early Yagyu but it definitely is a Yagyu design, most likely made later in the Edo period.  The iron is grainy and there are subtle tekkotsu on the rim.  Very nice.  $350.
