Q817. Iron sukashi tsuba. 6.5 x 7 x .5 cm. The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.7 cm. A simple but charming tsuba: bamboo. There is a paper from The Fittings Museum, dated 2012, and giving this to “iron ground, Mid Edo period” (bet the owner was really pleased with that result). Paper aside, condition is great and it is a nice tsuba. $395.
