Q776. Tsuba. 6.5 x 7 x .6 cm. The nakago hitsu-ana is .75 x 2.7 cm. An unusually thick tsuba with noticeable heft for its size; it would work well mounted to a wakizashi. There is gold inlay on the wheel at the side; maybe half of it is lost. This has a wonderful, deep black patina. Was $350, now $275.
