Q763. Iron tsuba. 8 x 8.2 x .4 cm at the slightly raised rim. The nakago hitsu-ana is .75 x 2.5 cm. The sukashi are cloud forms and there is gold nunome zogan, lightning maybe, sprinkled here and there. There are subtle tekkotsu on the rim and also, I think, in places on the plate. The patina is soft and deep; condition is excellent. Was $395, now $325.
