Q635.  Yamagane tsuba. 6.3 x 6.6 x .3 cm. The nakago hitsu-ana is .7 x 2.4 cm. The plate is either carved or etched in a tendril design and the tendrils have been outlined in gold: nice touch. The surface has a wonderfully soft patina. I don’t know if this would be kinko or ko-kinko; whichever it is, it is fine. Was $325, now $275.
