Q262.  Namban (Southern Barbarian).  6.7 x 7 x .6 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .7 x 2.6.  Pretty much everything here, from the undercut carving to the thick and nicely carved rim, is impressive.  The ryo-hitsu, which probably was cut out and added later, is a piece of shakudo.  Excellent condition.  $295.
