Q107.  Iron tsuba signed Komeisai Sanetake and Kao.  7.2 x 7.6 x .37 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .9 x 2.7 cm.  A tiger lurks at the bottom of this tsuba, under bamboo.  His eyes are gold and his stripes are copper.  This comes with a Hozon paper from the NBTHK in Tokyo, dated 2014 and confirming the signature.  It says also, “iron, polished finish, sukidashi-takabori relief.”  Excellent condition.  $450.
