P111.  Papered iron sukashi tsuba.  7.8 x 8 x .4 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .9 x 3 cm.  This tsuba received a paper from the NTHK in 1997, giving it to Tempo School.  I have also the shinsa work sheet for the tsuba, giving 70 points and dating the piece to Edo L (for late, I believe)  This is a very good Tempo tsuba: the iron is 1st rate and all the work is crisply done.  Condition is perfect.  Was $425; marked down to $350.
