N101.  Menuki worked in shakudo and gold of 2 oni, one with either a monkey or a man plucking at his backbone with chopsticks (there has to be a story here but what it is I don’t know).  This set comes with a Hozon paper from the NBTHK dated 1997 and giving it to Mito Kuroba (again, I don’t know if this is the correct reading of the name; I can’t find referesnce to the artist in my books).  The menuki are 3.7 and 3.5 cm in length; they come in a fitted box with a pillow.
