M184.  Iron tsuba with soft metal.  7.5 x 8.1 x .35 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana measures .8 x 2.5 cm.  The leaves of the plants are worked in gold and the insect (looks to be a wasp) is done in silver.  Other than one spot across from the insect where the patina is thin, condition is fine.  $275.
