M182.  Iron sukashi tsuba with gold nunome.  7.9 x 8.5 x .4 cm.  The nakago hitsu-ana measures .75 x 2.85 cm.  Heavy dense plate in excellent condition with nice hammer work.  The leaves are picked out in gold, most of which is missing from the lower leaf but still here on the upper.  A fold line from forging appears on the rim: nice touch and not easy to pull off.  $300.
