K270.  Iron tsuba in the shape of a bird (the hole up top is the bird’s eye).  5.5 x 6.7 x .5 cm at the raised rim.  The nakago hitsu-ana is .8 x 2.5 cm.  This is signed to the right of the nakago ana: Kunihira.  Tortoise shell carving on the plate and ample subtle tekkotsu on the rim.  $95.
