B656.  Nihonto Zuin: Koto by Kataoka.  1982.  Clothbound with slipcase, 8 1/2 x 12″, 1064 pages in Japanese.  Nihonto Zuikan is the Big Kahuna of Nihonto oshigata references.  Nearly every page is filled with life sized, excellently done rubbings of great swords from the Koto era.  At the moment I have 3 options for you with this book: Just the Koto volume alone, just the Shinto volume (see B612), and both volumes (see B731. Now with a new, lower price.).  This is a great reference; I know of none better.  This title is included in the Index of Japanese Sword Literature on the JSS/US website.  I also have a stand alone index for this volume; if you buy it remind me to email it to you.
