B819.  Uchigatana no Ko Tsuba Zusetsu.  Note: the title may be Uchigatana no Kotan Zusetsu.  1979.  Hardbound with slipcase, 7 1/2 x 10 1/4″, 152 pages in Japanese.  Old tsuba is the subject.  A few are pictured in color; most in black & white.  What’s nice about this book is the tsuba aren’t the ones you see in many other books; a lot of new faces here.  About half the book is plates, the other half is text.
