B1033.  Kinko Mino Bori by Kokubo Kenichi.  1973.  Clothbound with slipcase, 7 ¼ x 10 ¼”, 180 pages in Japanese.  Mino Bori is the carving style developed by the artisans of what is today known as Gifu Province; it has always been important.  The first 146 pages are crisp black & white photos of wonderful Kodogu; the rest is discussion with illustrations.  A very good reference for a school for which there is surprisingly little in print.  Excellent condition.  2 pounds, 4 ounces.  Now $40.
